OLEG NAKARIKOV
Yacht Master Ocean RYA / Sail Canada Certified Instructor / Commercial Captain / Global Charter Specialist
Oleg Nakarikov is a highly experienced sailor, certified instructor, and former commercial airline pilot whose passion for the sea is matched only by his dedication to teaching. As a Yacht Master Ocean (RYA) and Sail Canada Basic / Intermediate Instructor, Oleg leads our training programs with a structured, safety-first approach inspired by his aviation background.
With over 130,000 nautical miles under his belt, Oleg has sailed across oceans and in a wide range of conditions, gaining in-depth knowledge of global waters—especially the Caribbean islands, where he lives aboard his vessel and teaches year-round. His extensive experience organizing and leading international yacht charters ensures every tour is held to a high standard, with comfort, professionalism, and adventure at its core.
Whether instructing for beginners or guiding tours through turquoise Caribbean waters, Oleg blends aviation discipline with nautical expertise to provide a world-class sailing experience. His goal is not just to teach sailing—but to inspire a lifelong love of the sea.
MARINA CAY

With a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and over 80,000 nautical miles of chartering experience, Marina combines her deep love for sailing with a sharp talent for logistics, hospitality, and personalized experiences. She crafts tailor-made itineraries that are seamless, well-organized, and enriched with gourmet touches that elevate the sailing lifestyle.
Marina is also a patient sailing mentor with extensive liveaboard experience and a deep passion for ocean life. With years on the water, she offers unique insight and guides students through navigation and sail handling with care and encouragement.
Beyond the boat, Marina is a master at organizing bespoke onshore tours — from fashion shopping and real estate explorations to guided hiking adventures. Her attention to detail and passion for creating unforgettable moments make every journey, both at sea and ashore, truly exceptional.
